Our 14-day promise

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange on eligible items.

How to request a return

  • Contact our support team by email or WhatsApp with your order number.
  • Tell us which item you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
  • We'll confirm eligibility and share the next steps for collection or drop-off.
  • Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Condition requirements

Because our products are dietary supplements, safety and hygiene come first.

  • Items must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened or used supplements cannot be returned, for health and safety reasons.
  • Please keep the item away from heat and direct sunlight until it is collected.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we'll arrange your refund by bank transfer or another agreed method once the return is approved.
