Returns Policy
This policy sets out when and how items purchased from Solovit may be returned, and how refunds are handled.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be sealed, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Supplements that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.
- Items damaged through misuse or improper storage after delivery.
- Products returned after the 14-day window has closed.
How to start a return
To begin a return, contact our support team with your order number and the item you wish to return. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and arrange collection or drop-off.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Cash-on-delivery refunds
For orders paid by cash on delivery, approved refunds are made by bank transfer or another agreed method, since no card was charged at purchase.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement of equal value, subject to availability.
