Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide, to all governorates of Egypt — from Greater Cairo and Alexandria to the Delta, the Canal cities, Upper Egypt, and the coast.
Estimated delivery times
- Greater Cairo & Alexandria: 1–3 business days.
- Delta & Canal cities: 2–4 business days.
- Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–6 business days.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping fees
Enjoy free shipping on every order over 750 EGP. For orders below 750 EGP, a flat delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your governorate.
Cash on delivery
Prefer to pay when your order arrives? Cash on delivery is available across Egypt — receive your sealed package, then pay the courier in cash.
